From Eagle Lake (Hwy. 14 West/Hwy. 60)
- Exit at Hwy. 169 South.
- Go 1.4 miles and exit at Downtown Mankato/North Mankato.
- Turn left (toward Mankato) and cross the bridge.
- Turn right onto Broad Street (one-way).
- Go 1 block and turn left onto Main Street.
- Go 2 blocks and turn right onto S. Fifth Street.
- Go 3 blocks to the Nichols Office Building on your right
(corner of S. Fifth Street and Jackson), 410 Jackson Street.
- Exit at Riverfront Drive. Turn right.
- Follow Riverfront to Hickory Street.
- Turn right on Hickory Street.
- Go 3 ½ blocks to the Nichols Office Building, on your right, 410 Jackson Street.
- Exit at Hwy. 169/60 West.
- Turn right onto Hwy. 169 South/60 West.
- Go 1.4 miles and exit at Downtown Mankato/North Mankato.
- Turn left to Mankato and cross the bridge.
- Turn right onto Broad Street (one-way).
- Go 1 block and turn left onto Main Street.
